The world’s second-biggest movie star has said he is not planning to make a third film with the same star and director.
Robot Boxing star John “Robo” Roboto told the Hollywood Reporter that he will “never” return to make another Roboto Boxing movie after the success of his latest.
Roboto’s latest film, Robo: Fight for the Future, has racked up nearly $1bn worldwide.
The film starred John Krasinski and Seth Rogen and was produced by Robotic Films and Robotic Entertainment, with the US and UK licensing rights.
“I can’t really say anything for certain on the future of Roboto,” Roboto said.
“I’m not looking at anything in particular right now.
I’ve been really busy.
I just love making movies.”
Roboto added: “We’ve just done a big push on the marketing side of things.
We have a bunch of stuff in place.
Robot boxing has become a big international hit with its new series, which have featured Roboto boxing, boxing gloves and a boxing ring.”
The marketing plan is going to go a long way to explaining what we’re doing, but it’s not necessarily what we’ll do.”

Robo: Fight For The Future will also be a sequel to Robo: Robo, a boxers-only series that starred Roboto and Krasinkis.
Robotic said it will release Robo: Boxers, a new movie series, on September 24.
